The approach
Feel more capable in the activities you value. Training develops the movement skills and physical capacity you want to build.
Care for your capabilities over time, with a sustainable approach to training and everyday habits that you can continue.
Build trust in yourself and what your body can do. As you get stronger, learn new skills, and challenge yourself, you’ll build greater self-trust and confidence that carries beyond your workouts.
In-home, in person
In-home sessions bring personal guidance into a setting that is convenient for you. Joanne is based in Walnut Creek and serves clients in the East Bay, with availability confirmed for each location.
You do not need to have a complete home gym before getting in touch. Discuss your available space, equipment, and practical needs before arranging an assessment. The plan should fit the setting where you will actually train.
Travel and changing work hours belong in the conversation from the beginning. Scheduling and any adjustments are agreed together; no fixed weekly attendance pattern is assumed.

The $300 private assessment includes preparation and intake review, an in-home movement and equipment assessment, and a personalized written summary with priorities and recommended next steps.
If you decide to continue, review a quarterly retainer proposal covering your coaching cadence, ongoing programming, support, scheduling arrangements, and investment.
Continuity, with clear expectations
The Private Concierge Retainer provides ongoing coaching and oversight, with billing arranged quarterly. Your training sessions sit within a broader relationship that includes programming, progress monitoring, communication, and reasonable coordination.
Before committing, review your coaching cadence, investment, included support, and terms for scheduling, changes, and renewal. These details are agreed in writing for your engagement.
A formal Quarterly Progress Review is included. Look back at relevant baseline measures, discuss what is working, and agree on priorities for the next phase.
Thoughtful concierge support
Your home training environment is part of the plan. Ongoing coaching can include equipment recommendations, sourcing guidance, and coordination with an assistant or other approved contact.
When appropriate, Joanne can help coordinate body-composition appointments such as DEXA, massage or bodywork, and referrals to qualified nutrition or healthcare professionals. Communication with outside providers takes place with your permission and within the scope of fitness coaching.
Equipment, appointments, and other third-party services are paid for separately. Coaching does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.

I have a very demanding job, but Joanne is crafting a program so nothing is compromised yet I now have a consistent habit and routine going on. Haven't experienced bounce-backs after vacations / holidays. A wonderful person with a lot of expertise.”via Google

“Signing up for InfalibleFit was one of the best decisions I ever made! Working with Joanne really showed me that creating a healthier lifestyle is more than a number on a scale. I have signed up with other fitness programs before but it always felt like I should be ashamed if I “fell off the wagon” and they never really considered a holistic approach to fitness. InfalibleFit was not like that at all! Joanne worked closely with me to ensure the goals I had were realistic, sustainable, and focused on mental health. She always had a solution to barriers I thought would stop me. I use to think I didn’t have “enough time” in the day to make food or workout but together we came up with a solid schedule despite my busy schedule and my gym closing when the pandemic hit. I feel like I now have the tools I need to keep me healthy no matter what life (or a pandemic) throws at me!”
“I came to Joanne on a strong recommendation from my physical therapist, and I'm so glad I did. I instantly connected with her holistic approach to wellness. After years of overworking my body to chase a number on the scale, Joanne has shifted my focus to building a stronger, more sustainable version of myself. She brings a rare combination of deep experience, genuine empathy, and infectious optimism to every session. She is a true standout in the fitness industry.”via Google
