The private assessment

Start with your goals.

A considered starting point for your strength and health. The $300 private assessment brings together preparation, an in-home assessment with Joanne, and a written summary of what to focus on next.

A $300 private in-home assessment

Your starting point, given proper attention.

Before: prepare with purpose.

Receive preparation guidance and complete your intake. Joanne reviews your goals, training experience, relevant history, and lifestyle before arriving.

During: understand your baseline.

Discuss your goals, work through individualized movement and physical-capacity assessments, and review your home training space and equipment.

After: leave with direction.

Receive a personalized written summary of your starting point, priorities, recommended approach, and next steps. You can use it whether or not you continue into coaching.

Know what to expect before you book.

The $300 fee covers the complete assessment process before, during, and after your in-home appointment. Joanne confirms your location, scheduling, and appointment arrangements before you book.

This is a standalone service. The assessment fee is separate from, and is not credited toward, an ongoing retainer. There is no obligation to continue into coaching.

If ongoing support is right for you, review a separate quarterly retainer proposal covering your recommended coaching cadence, programming, support, investment, and terms.

Getting in touch does not book an appointment, charge a payment, or enroll you in coaching. The assessment provides fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Tell Joanne a little about yourself.

Open the chat and share your name, city, what you would like to work toward, and any schedule or travel considerations. A little about your training experience is helpful, too.

Please leave out your street address and detailed health history at this stage. Movement considerations can be discussed privately during intake.

Joanne will review what you share and follow up about availability, fit, and the next step. An assistant can help coordinate with your permission.
