Meet joanne
Founder & Head coach
Joanne is a holistic movement coach and a 15-year Air Force medic veteran with a passion for empowering busy moms to prioritize their health and personal growth. Her journey began in a place many moms can relate to—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to reclaim her health and happiness.
For years, Joanne struggled with yo-yo dieting, believing that being overweight and unhappy was simply her reality. She faced battles with self-esteem, self-love, and respect, compounded by unhealthy coping habits. Her wake-up call came with a diagnosis of pre-diabetes and high cholesterol, pushing her to take a leap toward change.
At 35, she hired a coach and lost 50 pounds—a transformation that went far beyond the physical. She became stronger in body and mind, gaining clarity on how deeply unhappy and insecure she had been. Through deep inner work and a commitment to personal growth, Joanne not only transformed her health but rebuilt her confidence, mindset, and habits.
Today, Joanne brings her unique perspective and experience to moms who are ready to rediscover their strength—inside and out. She believes true transformation comes from changing your mindset, habits, and lifestyle alongside your body. Her mission is to empower busy moms to feel strong, confident, and capable in every part of their lives.
Outside of coaching, Joanne is a flyweight boxer, an adventurous foodie, and a lover of dancing, reading, and coffee shop hopping. Whether she’s boxing in the ring or helping a client rediscover their strength, Joanne’s passion for living fully shines through every step of her journey.
